This position directs drivers on which terminals to load products that meet our customer’s expectations. The job requires the person to be able to make adjustments throughout the day based on changes to commodity markets, customers needs and hauling capacity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Scheduling drivers to deliver the correct products & quantities to our customers that meet their expectations for lowest price combination and delivery timing
· Communicate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
SUMMARY A Senior accountant plays a vital role in reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs. They rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to enter, compare, and present inventory data in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Support management and operational functions through financial analysis and key performance indicators
- Responsible for the accuracy of data in the accounts and ensures accounting accuracy and integrity.

TRUCK SHOP MECHANIC
Summary
Dooley’s has a great opportunity in our Transportation Division. We are looking for a mechanic in Willmar, MN to maintain our truck & trailer fleet. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a customer service focus.
Responsibilities
- Perform all maintenance and repairs of trucks and trailers to include oil changes, P/M inspections, DOT inspections, brake and shoe replacemetns, suspension repair and replacement, air and electrical trouble shooting and repair, clutch adjustments and replacement, wire feed welding and some minor fabrication, rear end transmission replacement, minor engine repair, heating and air conditioning repair.
- Work to improve equipment and maintenance to support operating departments with safe, reliable trucks, tractors and trailers that are in full compliance with all regulatory agencies and at a cost within industry standards.
- Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Shop Safety & Policies Procedures Manual
- Participate in company training for service and repair of vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
